SMAN 1 Balai Riam is located in Balai Riam Village, Balai Riam Subdistrict, Sukamara Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. It was established on July 5, 2005, as a manifestation of the commitment of the government and the community to improving access to senior secondary education in the Balai Riam Subdistrict. Since its establishment, the school has continuously strived to become an educational institution capable of producing young generations who are intelligent, well-characterized, and competitive. With the support of professional educators and active community participation, SMAN 1 Balai Riam has developed into an important educational institution that plays a significant role in advancing education in Sukamara Regency.
